What can I claim?

MULTIPLE CLAIMS

You can make multiple claims at the same time.  Our Debt Solutions Specialists can assess the validity of your current Credit Card and Loan Agreements, check if you have been mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance and ascertain if you have been unfairly charged by your Credit Card Providers. Once this information has been obtained they can then act on your behalf to ensure your claims are managed efficiently and reach a successful outcome as quickly as possible.  Our goal is to help all our clients completely write off any of their unenforceable Credit Cards and Loans, and reclaim any payments or unfair charges they have previously paid.

Unfair Credit Agreements
Debt Clear Services can check if any of your current Credit Agreements* comply with the Consumer Credit Agreement of 1974. If found to be unfair, and therefore unenforceable, our solicitors can act on your behalf to have any outstanding Credit Card and Loan debt completely written off.

Mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance (PPI)
Payment Protection Insurance is offered with nearly every type of credit card, loan and mortgage, to cover your loan repayments should you be unable to meet them due to reasons such as illness or unemployment. However, if the PPI has been mis-sold to you, you may be able to claim back all of the premiums you have previously paid.

Unfair Credit Card Charges
In the same way that banks have been challenged recently over their unfair bank charges, ‘Unfai’r Credit Card Charges can also be challenged. Whether they be for late payments, exceeding your credit limit or being penalised for a returned payment, these charges must be deemed fair and accurately reflect the cost to the bank for your error.

If you have had ‘Unfair’ Charges added to your credit card account in the last 6 years, we can help claim them back for you.

*Agreements must be between £3,000 and £25,000
and taken out prior to 6th April, 2007
